The West Liberty Splash Pad in Lions Park, is officially open. Supported in part by a $5,000 United Way grant we awarded last year. There was a ribbon cutting on June 11 for the first attraction of its kind in Logan County.
"It's something new and unique that the kids can enjoy," said Sherry Barger of the West Liberty Splash Pad Committee. "A lot of people have hardships and they can't always have money to go to amusement parks or pools. But this is free to the entire public."
