Workplace Giving & Recognition
Every workplace campaign looks a little different and every level of participation makes a local impact.
At United Way of Logan County, we’re proud to recognize workplaces and donors who go above and beyond in supporting our community through employee giving, corporate giving, and year-round partnership.
Campaign Award Levels
Our annual Campaign Awards recognize workplaces that build a strong culture of generosity through employee participation and giving. We celebrate these accomplishments at our Annual Awards Ceremony, usually held toward the end of January.
Awarded to workplaces that achieve:
At least 40% employee participation, or
An average employee gift of $100
Awarded to workplaces that achieve:
At least 50% employee participation, or
An average employee gift of $150
Awarded to workplaces that achieve:
At least 60% employee participation, or
An average employee gift of $200
Some workplaces go even further by meeting both Gold-level benchmarks:
- 60%+ employee participation
- and an average employee gift of $200 or more
These campaigns represent an exceptional level of workplace engagement and generosity.
Not every valued corporate partner runs a traditional workplace campaign and that matters too.
Our Good Neighbor Awards recognize corporate partners who support United Way in meaningful ways throughout the year but may not qualify for a Campaign Award.
This may include organizations that:
- Support United Way through sponsorships or special gifts
- Partner with us on events, volunteerism, or community initiatives
- Contribute in important ways without running an employee campaign
These partnerships are deeply valued and play an important role in helping us serve Logan County.
Local Workplaces Are Already Making an Impact
More than 40 local workplaces participate in United Way campaigns each year, helping create lasting impact across Logan County.
From small businesses to major employers, workplace campaigns remain one of the most powerful ways our community gives back together.
Recent top workplace campaigns have included organizations such as:
- NX Automotive Logistics USA- Recipient of Top-Giving Workplace Travelling Trophy for 8th straight year!
- Marker, Inc.- Recipient of Large Business Travelling Trophy for 7th year in the row!
- Centerpoint Energy- Recipient of Small Business Travelling Trophy for 2025 Campaign
- American Honda Motor Company - Third largest supporter for 2025 Campaign and recipient of Good Neighbor Award
- AGC Automotive / Belletech - Recpeient of Gold Award for 2025 Campaign and 4th largest workplace campaign
- Mary Rutan Health- Recipient of Gold Award for 2025 Campaign and 5th largest workplace campaign
